How do you accept payments?

We accept online payments via PayPal, Square, check and credit cards. Payment of your custom mix must be paid in full prior to us starting your mix. Once payment has been processed, we will begin the process of creating your custom mix.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do except P.O's for our CUSTOM MIXES ONLY. Unfortunately, we do not accept purchase orders for our pre-made mixes. If a school or program needs a W9 form filled out and a mix quote please email us at Info@cheermp3.com. There will be a $100 P.O Admin fee added to the invoice. Once P.O has been cleared we require proof of confirmation before we can start your mix. Once mix is completed we will deliver your mix via Email. The mix will be Watermarked with CheerMP3 voice overs and not license will be issued until payment has been received from the school. Once payment has been received, we will email you the non watermarked music along with your copy of proof of license.

Question 3

I've just ordered my custom mix, what do I do now?

Once you have ordered or are in the process of ordering your custom mix, the next step is to send in your count sheets using CheerMP3's downloadable 8-count sheets. This can be found at the bottom of our homepage, under Downloads. In order to efficiently understand your routine and be able to correctly create your mix, you MUST use our count sheets to outline your routine. If you would like to send in an optional video as well, you can record your team marking their routine to CheerMP3's Downloadable 8-count track, also found at the bottom of our homepage under Downloads. In order to effectively create your routine using this video, you MUST record the video horizontal and your team MUST be clearly and cleanly marking or doing the routine full out to our 8-count track or another loud and clear 8-count track.

What happens after I send in all the requirements needed to complete my mix?

We work on a first come, first serve basis, so after you have sent us all of the requirements for the mix, 8 count sheets or video, order form and payment, you will be next in line for us to work on your music. We want to be fair about how we work on the mix orders, every client is a valued customer!

What is delivered to me once my mix is completed?

Once  you have ordered your mix you will be prompted to create an account on www.mycheermusic.com where it you will be your emailed that your music mix and license have been uploaded into your account.

Question 6

What happens if I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled when your mix is already in the production phase. You will be responsible for the amount of time that we put into the music. You may get a partial refund, depending on how much time has already been put into the music. If you have placed an order for music and we have already recorded custom voiceovers for your music, you will be responsible for that cost. We reserve the right to terminate any order. In the event that your order has been cancelled, you will be notified by us.

Basic Mix Edits & Revisions

Accepted Answer

Basic Mix includes:
-Minor tweaks like speeding up or slowing down the tempo of the music.
-Adding or removing sound effects.
-Adding or removing 1 - 2, 8 counts

Edits can take up to 7 -5 business days depending on the season.

Additional Fees:

If you would like to swap sections or rearrange your completed mix will be subject to our $60 per hour edit fee.
Any Song that needs to be changed out will carry a $20 fee per song +$60 editing fee
Changing, adding or removing male Voice Over with a Voice Over of your own wording $10 per 8 count vocal +$60 editing fee

Question 8

Premium Mix Edits & Revisions

Accepted Answer

-Adding or removing sound effects.
-Changing out up to 2 songs (anything over this is subject to our fee schedule).
-Any Cover Song that needs to be changed out will carry a $20 fee per song.
-Changing out 1 male Voice Over with a Voice Over of your own wording (anything over this is subject to our fee schedule)
-Adding or removing 1 - 2, 8 counts
-Any male/female custom vocals that need to be changed is subject to a fee
-If your edit consists of changing 50% or more of the music that was originally delivered to you. This would be considered a reconstruction and will be subject to out hourly rate of $60 and possibly a re-licensing fee.

Premium Plus Edits & Revisions

-Minor tweaks like speeding up or slowing down the tempo of the music.
-Adding or removing sound effects.
-Changing out up to 2 songs. (anything over this is subject to our fee schedule).
-Any Cover Song that needs to be changed out will carry a $20 fee per song.
-Any male/female custom vocals that need to be changed is subject to a fee
-Adding or removing 1-2 or more 8 counts to your completed mix after delivery.
-Switching a section around (ex: switching the your jump with tumbling section)
-If your edit consists of changing 50% or more of the music that was originally delivered to
you. This would be considered a reconstruction and will be subject to out hourly rate of $60 and possibly a re-licensing fee.

Question 10

How will I receive my license & music?

Once have your mix please create an account at www.mycheermusic.com . Once your mix is completed will will notify you via email that all your music mixes & licenses will be uploaded to you MyCheerMusic.com account.

Question 11

Can I edit or revise my music on my own after I receive it?

Accepted Answer

No you do NOT have the rights or permission to edit or alter your music in any way after it is received! Only CheerMP3 may edit it for you. If you alter your mix in any way, even it if is just adding one sound effect, your license will become void and you will no longer have permission to use your music or perform to it. You will be in violation of copyright law and CheerMP3 will not be held responsible for any lawsuits brought on you. In order to protect yourself, please contact CheerMP3 for any edits or revisions you may need.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not rent, sell, or distribute any information that you provide us. In contracting Cheermp3.com to create a custom mix for your team, you agree to any and all terms listed on this page and through every email from Cheermp3.com.

Question 13

Legal Business Stuff

Cheermp3.com or any of its Producers will not be held responsible for any loss of profits, damaged equipment, missed competitions, time deductions due to the length of you music (45-8ct @ 145bpm=2:30min) or anything else due to the use of this website and/or our services or media formats. We will not be held responsible for any occurrence which revolves around email. All of your emails are responded to in a very timely manner. In any event that you do not receive a response in your inbox (because it ended up in your Bulk/Junk Mail folder or FULL), we will not be held responsible for issues which may occur, to include:
 A. Your mix being delayed B. Missed competitions
 By ordering from Cheermp3.com, you are contracting Cheermp3.com to provide and perform a music mixing service. Since all of the mixes that we create are "CUSTOM", we DO NOT give out refunds for finished productions.
 You agree that the user who initialized this contracted service will assume all responsibility for their "Custom Mix", should any "Damages" occur. By submitting your order, you accept and agree upon these terms and policies of Cheermp3.com, and you understand the contents of the terms and policies page. We work with many programs from all over the world. With these terms in effect, it allows us to better serve you with the best customer service, time management, and the most creative custom music possible.
